What does Leverify provide?

Leverify provides an elastic customer support solution for Ecommerce brands spanning from building entire dedicated teams to pay by the response models. Said another way, Leverify is an outsourced customer support as a service business focused on the eCommerce and SaaS industries.

Does Leverify provide any training?

Absolutely. When a client leverages our services we assign them one of our operations managers to shadow the initial training done by the Client. From there, our operations team can train any future hires so hiring is as seamless as turning on a faucet for water.

What industries do you service?

Leverify's focus is in eCommerce and SaaS, however we serve Clients in  Insurance, Proptech, Mortgage, and many others. Working with new industries excites us and we’re always open to expanding what types of businesses we work with.

Where are your reps located?

We are headquartered in Austin, TX with offices in The Philippines and in Jamaica.

Do you provide Service Level Agreeements?

Yes — during the onboarding process, we work with you on defining what these SLAs should look like and we build a plan to hit these SLAs.

How long is the onboarding process?

From the point of us getting a thumbs up, we can have a candidate ready to be trained in one week. This timeline shortens to just a couple of days for subsequent agents.
